At the Estonian International Maritime law Association
is created the learning -methodical center, accredited by Estonian
Maritime Administration to carry out courses
of small craft navigators (court up to 24 meters in length).
At the center is created Sea School Frigate.
The following sea specialties are taught in Sea School Frigate:
- sailor
- mechanic
- cook
- donkerman
In relation with the need of combined specialties at the fleet the following programs are held:
- sailor-motorman
- sailor- electric welder
- sailor- cook
- motorman- electric welder
Beside theoretical studies Sea School Frigate can offer its students
passage of practice on educational vessel "Elina".
Classes' schedule (day time or evening time) can vary depending on wishes of students. Courses are taught in Russian and Estonian languages. Courses are conducted by skilled experts: sea captains, mechanics, engineers, boatswains.
All graduates of Sea School Frigate become members of Association automatically. Membership in the International Sea Association guarantees legal aid in the further working experience.
The director of learning center is Voropaj Anatoly Nikolaevich, the engineer sea captain, was in teaching stuff at Tallinn Marine School. Has wide experience on the sea, has developed the educational program of small craft navigators (up to 24 meters).
